Gathering in His Sheep
Too many of our LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters are leaving the safety of the fold because they do not feel loved and accepted as they are - as God created them.
As more and more friends and loved ones come out as gay, as more discussions and podcasts are taking place, and as LGBTQ+ issues affect more and more of us, many of us want to know what we can do to help.
Our prophets and leaders have repeated pleaded for them to stay and that they are needed in the Church. It's easier to stay when you feel like you belong.
Help us live the Savior's teaching that all are invited to partake of His salvation and that none should be turned away. (2 Nephi 26:24-28, 33)
The Rainbow
Many might ask, "Why use the PRIDE flag colors?" While occasionally misused to further division, the Pride flag colors are a silent comfort to many LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters. A rainbow flag, shopping bag, car window decal, or these pins - they all symbolize peace and compassion; that someone else understands what they are going through - or is at least trying to.
